FCBU has signed a cooperation agreement with Alpha Bank

Recently, the First Credit Bureau has started partnership with one of the biggest banks which is included in the group of largest after NBU classification - Alfa Bank.
According to the Chairman of the FCBU Board, connection of such powerful partner as Alfa Bank will promote the growth of the database, which is formed by leading banks in Ukraine, and will make a positive impact on reducing credit risks for Alfa Bank and for other FCBU partners.
Information contained in credit histories is constantly renewed by the participants of the financial-credit system of Ukraine (commercial banks, credit unions, financial and leasing companies, etc.) that cooperate with the FCBU. Including Alfa Bank an amount of largest banks-partners of the Bureau is 88% from the general amount of the first group banks (after NBU classification), which allows to form a national database of credit histories which covers the entire territory of Ukraine.
Experts mark that the collaboration of banks with the bureau of credit histories will be instrumental in growth of credit market which is in the conditions of gradual renewal after the consequences of financial crisis.
